The CNY 2022 Prosperity Glasslock Set Lucky Draw Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Lucky Draw”) is organized by the Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd (Company No.958466-U) (“the Organizer”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participant(s) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to bound by these terms and conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who fulfil the following requirements (each, an “Eligible Participant”):-
a. he/she is either a citizen or a permanent resident of Malaysia;
b. he/she shall have attained the age of 18 years old on or before [30 November 2021]; and
c. having purchased one (1) CNY 2022 Prosperity Glasslock Set (“the Product”) during the period of 1 December 2021 to 22 January 2022 (“the Campaign Period”).
1.2 Staffs employed by the Organizer and/or their immediate family members are NOT eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
2. PARTICIPANTS
2.1 While purchasing the CNY 2022 Prosperity Glasslock Set, eligible participants must submit their personal details to the organizer for successful registration.
2.2 Participation period starts on the 1st of December 2021 at 12.00 am and ends on the 22nd of January 2022 at 11.59 pm (Malaysia time) (“the participation period”).
3. Prizes*
3.1 Lucky Draw winners (each, a “Winner”) will be drawn at the Organizer’s FaceBook, namely Oasis Live Mall’s live sessions on 1 January 2022 at 8.00 pm and 23 January 2022 at 8.00 pm (“the Organizer’s Facebook Live Sessions”) among the registered Eligible Participants randomly.
3.2 A total of thirty-two (32) prizes (each, a “Prize”) will be given out to Winners and each Winner will win one (1) Prize. The following are the prizes: -

3.3 Colour and technical specifications of prizes may vary at Organizer’s discretion. The Organizer shall not be required to entertain any requests pertaining to the colour, model or technical specifications of the prizes.
3.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, partially or wholly.
3.5 Organizer may, at its sole discretion, exchange or substitute the Prize for another prize of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice. Organizer makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Prizes, whether as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. Organizer is not an agent of the supplier of the products comprising the Prizes or vice versa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the quality, merchantability or fitness of the Prize should be resolved directly with the supplier. Any product warranty and/or use of the Prize are subject to the separate terms and conditions of the supplier.
3.6 Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes.
4. Announcement of the Results*
4.1 The results of the Lucky Draw will be announced during the Organizer’s Facebook Live Sessions.
4.2 Winners will be notified by telephone call via the mobile phone number provided at registration within five (5) minutes of the result. Winner must answer the said telephone call and immediately shout out the Organizer’s slogan which will be made known during the Organizer’s Facebook Live Sessions (“the Slogan”).
4.3 The Organizer shall make two (2) attempts to notify the Winner by telephone call and Winner who failed, refused and/or neglected to answer the telephone calls shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
4.4 Winner who failed, refused and/or neglected to immediately shout out the Slogan upon answering the telephone call shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
4.5 The Organizer shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Winner at the mobile phone number for whatsoever reasons.
5. Redeeming of the Prize*
5.1 Each Winner is required to redeem the Prize in person according to the instructions provided to him/her by the Organizer within thirty (30) days from the date of announcement (“the Redemption Period”) and may be required to bear the costs of delivery, if any,
5.2 The prizes of Toyota Vios and Perodua Axia excludes all charges and the Winners of the same shall bear all charges in the redemption of the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
5.3 At the time of the redemption of the Prize, the Winner is required to prove his/her eligibility to the Organizer, including but not limited to presenting document(s) of his/her citizenship or permanent residency status.
5.4 Winners who failed, refused and/or neglected to redeem the prizes within the Redemption Period shall their prizes forfeited. The Organizer reserved the rights to deal with all forfeited prizes in any manner deemed fit.
6. Personal Data*
6.1 Personal Data collected from an Eligible Participant for registration of the Lucky Draw will only be used for enrollment, administration, winner announcement / communication and other related purposes to the Lucky Draw.
6.2 The Winners consent to Organizer disclosing and/or publishing their names, particulars and pictures/photographs in any manner which Organizer may deem fit for publicity purposes, including via the modes described in Clause 4 above. The Winners shall cooperate with and participate in such publicity activity organized by Organizer without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as Organizer deems fit. In addition, by participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant consents to Organizer disclosing his/her name, NRIC/passport number or any of his/her personal information to any third-party Organizer may reasonably consider appropriate or necessary in connection with administering the Lucky Draw, including any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Lucky Draw for purposes of the Lucky Draw.
6.3 The failure by any Winner to comply with this clause shall result in his/her disqualification as a winner and the Prize would be forfeited.
7. General
7.1 None of the parties involved in the Lucky Draw (including without limitation, Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd and its affiliates, and their respective associates, shareholders, directors, officers, and employees) shall have any liability or obligation for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, deaths, medical conditions, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Eligible Participants or any other persons as a result of their participation in or winning of the Lucky Draw.
7.2 The Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to the relevant clauses of these terms and conditions, determining a person's eligibility to enter the Lucky Draw and/or receive any Prize.
7.3 No person other than the Eligible Participants and the Organizer will have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
7.4 All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.
7.5 If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
7.6 The Lucky Draw is held within Malaysia. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and each Eligible Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
7.7 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7.8 Organizer reserves the right to revise any of the terms under these terms and conditions (including but not limited to varying the Campaign Period, Registration Period, Lucky Draw Dates, Prize and/or Redemption period), or withdraw or alter any part of this Campaign and/or lucky draw at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any customer, and Organizer shall not be liable to pay any compensation or enter into any correspondence in connection with the same.
7.9 The information set out in these terms and conditions are accurate as at 15 October 2021.
